At Redkard, we're a small, passionate team that genuinely cares about your experience. We've crafted this policy to be as fair and transparent as possible — for you and for us.

Return Window We accept returns and exchanges within 3–4 days of delivery. Once you've initiated a return, please allow an additional 5–7 business days for the item to reach us.

Reverse Pick-Up We offer doorstep pick-up for returns, subject to availability in your area. Our courier will make two pick-up attempts. If they're unable to collect, we'll ask you to ship the item to our address directly. A nominal reverse shipment fee of ₹100 will be deducted from your refund (charged once per order, regardless of the number of items). This fee is waived entirely for wrong or damaged products — that's on us.

Refunds Once we receive your return, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. For orders returned to us as RTO (Return to Origin), a deduction of ₹100 will apply.

Order Cancellations Need to cancel? No problem — as long as your order hasn't been dispatched from our warehouse yet, we'll take care of it right away.

Received Something Wrong or Damaged? We sincerely apologize if that happened. Please email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@redkard.in with an unboxing/opening video of the parcel. We'll either exchange the item or issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Exchange & Return Requests To keep things fair for everyone, we can process one exchange or return request per order. Subsequent requests on the same order won't be accepted.

Exclusions Items purchased during a clearance sale or at a discount greater than 20% are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
