RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Eligibility for Refund :

We offer a 7-day return and refund policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the jersey must be in its original condition, with all tags and labels attached, and must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alterations.

Return Process :

We process orders within 2-3 Business days.
Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you  do not receive an email , please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation. If you need any assistance with your order , please contact us immediately at sales@redkard.in. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has been shipped. Please review & ensure that  you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the  address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re submit your order.

Refund Criteria :

Customized or Personalized Items : Items that have been customized or personalized with names and numbers are not eligible for exchanges unless there is a defect or error in the customization.

You have the option for a full refund : A full refund will be issued to your original payment method, including the purchase price and any applicable taxes. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping :

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of the jersey.

Processing Time :

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date the returned item is received by us. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund or store credit is processed.

Returns & Exchange :

Refund and exchange ( Returns and exchanges are only accepted for non-discounted products. If the product has been purchased at a sale price or with a discount code, returns and exchanges are not eligible. To file a return request kindly write us an email on sales@redkard.in within 72 hours of delivery.

If the item is unused and in its original condition , and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping cost for the return.
In the event your order arrives damaged in any way ,  please email us as soon as possible at support@redkard.in with your order number and a photo of your item’s condition . We address these on case- by case -basis but we will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Sale items (if applicable) : Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@redkard.in.
In the case of the Size issue, you will need to send us back the Product in the same Condition. After getting the product back, a new shipment of different size will be sent. The Shipping charge from your place to our place can’t be claimed. So please refer our size chart carefully before ordering the product.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must meet the below criteria :

• The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

• The product must be returned with all tags attached in its original condition along with all packing material, courier receipt, invoice, and other papers if any.

• Damaged or soiled products will not be accepted.

 

Exceptions :

Jerseys that have been customized or personalized with names and numbers are not eligible for refunds unless there is a defect or error in the customization.

Quality Assurance :

We take quality seriously. All jerseys go through a rigorous quality control process before shipping. If you receive a jersey with a manufacturing defect, please contact us for a replacement or refund.

Lost or Damaged Packages :

If your package is lost or arrives in a damaged condition, please notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
