CANCELLATION POLICY

Changed your mind? No problem. You are able to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, no questions asked (although we’d love to know what changed your mind). To cancel your order, please write to us at sales@redkard.inwith the subject line, ‘Order Cancellation Request’ and mention your Order ID. If your order is shipped already, we won’t be able to cancel it, unfortunately. In case you desire any changes or edits in your order, please write to us at sales@redkard.in within 12 hours of placing your order. Our customer care team will help you out.
